I also want to mention the incredibly nice restaurant "Fröknarna fräs" which is located in the area near the water and beats most when it comes to the gastronomic experience and the possibility to sit inside or outside in the large round pavilion with open sides or on the open terrace with the sky as a roof. A campsite located just outside Torsby next to lake Övre Fryken, beautiful site with a view that is hard to beat.

Excellent campsite by the lake. This campsite is next to a large lake. The accommodation is excellent with a small shop and a very nice restaurant. The playground for the children is also very good. We enjoyed our stay. I forgot to say that the sanitary building is very clean. If you like to walk or prefer to rest by the lake, everything is possible.

Best campsite we've been to. Clean and neat. The family that runs the campsite was very nice and service minded. Highly recommended

The place is wonderfully beautiful, the food is top class and the cottages are a successful combination of rustic materials, comfort and elegance. The owner family invests heavily and is always at hand when you need something.

As an inexperienced camper, I had no expectations when I got here and was pleasantly surprised. It's clean and cozy by the lake. There are bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and somewhere to clean your dishes. Everything you need. They also have little cabins for those who don't have caravans. You're really close to Torsby which has two large supermarkets to buy supplies, but you don't really notice it as you're right on the lake.

Best place in Värmland! We loved the cottage's magical view of Lake Fryken. The interior is very cozy and well equipped. Lovely beds😊 Very nice family business, facility includes large playground with adult gym, sports field, beach, boat jetty, shop and several service houses. We will definitely come back!!!🌸

Excellent! Nice treatment with good and precise service. Quiet and pleasant campsite. Pleasant surroundings with several footpaths for wonderful walks with our dogs. Close to water for both humans and animals spreads joy for everyone.

The best place in the world. Like abroad but at home. For 30 years, Torsby Camping has been my go-to place and obvious first choice. Beachside cottages, wonderful beach, first-class restaurant, nice boutique, lovely playground, nice service houses. The top. The drivers behind the facility are passionate about their cause and have put their soul into this facility. Don't miss this place.

We loved this place. Receipton had a little more in every step and the overall feeling was great. Bungalow was above the usual camping place standard. Details and overall quality were excellent. We enjoyed the possibility to walk and our kids were happy as the playground offered activities to all ages. I can only recommend!

Nice and well-organized campsite with private bath. Personal touch on cottages and other buildings. Outdoor gym. Is in the higher price range depending on which seat you book. Fröknarna Frä's restaurant is located in the area and a visit to them is recommended.

Received incredibly good service upon my arrival at 20.30. I thought no one was left and I was guided to my wish, a straight seat 😄. Got help from neighbors. Drove myself m caravan and is a little above when reversing m finlir between expensive caravans. Everything is here. Cozy place with a nice view of the lake. Bathing area with jetty and sandy beach. Small jumping tower and slide in the water for the youngest. Affordable place. Asphalt for children with kick bike or other toys. Come back.

One of the best beaches in Värmland. There are camping places and summer cottages for hire. A welcoming reception with friendly staffs are waiting there to help you. The beach is neat and clean. The sandy shore is not that deep. You can simply walk about more than 200 meters from the shore into the water. There is a cafe having a scenic view. A lazy warm summer day, a cup of coffee, an ice cream, gentle breeze and the mindfull view from the cafe. What else do you need to enjoy the moment?

Maybe one of the best places we’ve stayed with our camper. Quiet, well managed, personal service, great restaurant and beach. Ask to stay by the lake - beautiful view. While the mini golf was underwhelming and the store could have done with a more camp oriented range it deserves a full score. Well done!
